Understanding insurance shouldn’t feel like decoding a foreign language. Onlynnov needed a fresh, engaging approach to make it accessible to everyone.

The Problem – A Sea of Insurance Jargon

Guillaume and Bérengère, the founders of Onlynnov, are insurance experts. They know every technical detail, every risk factor, every legal clause. But there was one major problem—nobody wants to hear about insurance jargon.

For most people, insurance feels complex, boring, and impossible to understand. It’s filled with terms that sound intimidating and concepts that seem distant. Customers were lost before they even started. That’s where we came in.

The Mission - Simplify & Clarify

🔑 The goal was clear : make insurance feel simple, accessible, and even engaging.

To do this, I teamed up with Julien and Sana, startup managers at H7, with deep expertise in branding and communication strategy. Together, we worked on rethinking Onlynnov’s brand platform and overall messaging.

But before we could simplify things for the audience, we had to clarify things for ourselves.

Building the Brand Platform

  • What makes us different (unique value proposition)

  • How we communicate (tone, visuals, and messaging)
